Insert the smaller top bulge first – that's your warm-up. Once comfortable, work toward the larger bottom bulge. The step between them (1 cm) is the training challenge. Because the toy is compact, you can focus entirely on diameter without worrying about depth management.

📐 How to choose your size
Choose based on the bottom bulge diameter you're working toward. The top bulge is always 1 cm smaller, so if your current comfortable max is 8 cm, a size with a 9 cm bottom and 8 cm top bulge is a good starting point. The 2-Bulge is available up to 20 cm diameter – making it one of our widest toys in such a compact form.
