The neck difference: T-Plug 4 Oval has a 4 cm difference – narrow neck, gentle constant pressure, easiest to retain. T-Plug 3 Oval has a 3 cm difference – wider neck, stronger constant pressure, more progressive stretching effect. T-Plug 3 is the natural next step once T-Plug 4 feels comfortable and no longer challenges you.
Can I sleep with T-Plug 3 Oval?
Yes – T-Plug 3 Oval is designed for extended wear including overnight use. The oval shape is particularly well suited to sleep because it follows anatomy rather than fighting it. We recommend Extra Soft firmness for overnight wear. Start with shorter sessions first before committing to a full night.
How is T-Plug 3 different from Plug 1 or Plug 2 Oval?
T-Plug 3 is a wearable plug for passive stretching during daily life – it stays in reliably during movement thanks to the T-base and narrow neck.
