How do I know if I'm ready for the Long cone?
If you're comfortably training at 37 cm depth with the Medium and want to go further, the Long is the next step. If you haven't used a cone plug before, the Long is not the right starting point. Read our Advanced Practices guide for guidance on progression.
Why does the Long only go up to 15 cm max diameter?
At 73 cm length, the toy becomes very heavy at larger diameters – both impractical and difficult to use safely. The 6–15 cm range covers the realistic training goals for depth-focused users at this level.
