Introduction: How Far Can You Go? 🚀
Welcome to the sixth part of our Stretching guide, designed for those who have already mastered the basics and want to explore the true limits of the human body. If you are just
-
Fisting (FF): Complete acceptance of a hand. 🦾
-
Double Penetration (DP): The intense sensation of being filled by two or more objects (penises or toys). 👥
-
Prolapse Training: Aesthetic and muscular work with the tissue. 🍑
In this chapter, you will learn advanced techniques that will open the door to these experiences.
Advanced Techniques: How to Train Effectively? 🛠️
When standard insertion is no longer enough, it’s time to involve muscle work and mechanical assistance. Remember that with large diameters, training progress goes significantly slower. It is important not to have "eyes too big for your stomach" and not to rush—your body needs time to adapt. Ideal preparation involves working through small and medium-sized toys gradually so the body can adjust without becoming exhausted.
1. Active Push-out Training
This technique teaches your muscles to work with volume and is the best foundation for elasticity.
-
How to do it: Instead of just pulling the toy out with your hand, try to consciously "push" it out using your pelvic floor muscles.
-
Positions: Choice is individual, but a deep squat or lying on your back with knees pulled to the chest is usually most effective. 🤸♂️
-
Suitable Toys: Our
are ideal for this training because they provide resistance, but all ourBulges work well too. For those looking for maximum diameter with the shortest possible length, we recommend the Bloop Round or Bloop Oval – large diameter in a very compact length..Plugs
2. Specific Passive Stretching
Here, we rely on time and tissue adaptation. As we mentioned in the
-
Short-term Passive Wearing: Best done while resting (e.g., sitting and watching TV). For this purpose, plugs with a thick neck are suitable, as they exert intense pressure directly on the opening. This is the most intense stretching method for which we offer Plug 1 and the gentler Plug 2.
-
Active Wearing During the Day: If you want to move around with the toy, choose T-Plug 4 as a starting point or T-Plug 3 for more intensity. Thanks to it, these toys stay securely in the body and won't fall out during walking or normal activities. The narrow base does not cause any problems during normal activities.
-
Material: For long-term wear, always choose the softest silicone version (00-30) with an oval cross-section, which adapts best to the body. For a more intense experience, use round toys. ☁️
3. Crowbar Technique (Mechanical Opening)
An intensive method for manual assistance in stretching the opening.
-
The Process: Insert both hands (in gloves) using fingers or palms so that they brace against each other. Push your palms away from each other, exerting pressure on both sides of the opening simultaneously. This opens the orifice intensely and allows the tissue to be gently pulled outward as well. 👐 Our DoubleJoy can also be used for this purpose, replacing one hand. Its main advantage is its softness and the possibility to choose the size.
Advanced Training Goals: Tips and Specifics 🎯
Double Penetration (DP)
The core of DP is the experience of being filled by two penises, two toys, or a combination at the same time. It is a huge challenge for capacity and relaxation – both physically and mentally.
Preparing for DP with toys: Start by getting comfortable with a diameter that matches the combined size of what you want to take. If your goal is a penis plus a toy, work up to a diameter equal to their combined circumference using cone plugs or bulge steppers first.
DoubleJoy for DP with a partner: Our DoubleJoy was specifically designed for this – it's a C-shaped plug that stays inside while a penis enters alongside it. You feel fuller; your partner feels you tighter. It's the most practical way to experience DP with a real partner without the logistical challenges of two full-size toys.
Tunnel plugs for visual and open DP play: Once you've reached larger diameters, Tunnel Plugs open up another dimension – they keep the opening completely open and accessible, allowing toys or a partner to enter through the opening. Popular for visual play and combined DP experiences. ✨
Fisting: When the Hand is the Goal
Although the hand is the ultimate goal, training should primarily take place with toys. A hand has hard knuckles and an irregular shape that can be risky for an unprepared opening. Smooth toys prepare you far more safely – and they're more patient than any partner. 🦾
What diameter to aim for: A closed fist is typically 10–13 cm in diameter depending on hand size. Start your fisting preparation when you're comfortable at around 9–10 cm and work up gradually. Cone Plug Short and Cone Plug Medium are ideal here – the smooth continuous taper lets you find your exact limit and push it in tiny increments.
The moment of entry: The knuckles are the widest part of the hand. Once past them, the wrist is narrower – which creates a distinct and intense sensation. Train your opening to handle the knuckle diameter comfortably with toys before attempting with a hand.
Positioning: A deep squat or lying on your back with knees pulled to the chest allows maximum muscle relaxation. Breathing deeply and bearing down slightly (as if pushing out) during entry helps significantly.
Safety: Always use thick water-based lubricant generously – on both the hand and the body. Trim nails completely or use latex gloves. Never rush. If anything feels sharp rather than pressured, stop immediately. For full lubrication and safety guidance, see Article 5.
Prolapse Training
Prolapse (temporary and controlled protrusion of the mucosal tissue) is one of the more misunderstood areas of advanced stretching. In this context – achieved gradually through training – it is a temporary, reversible and aesthetic state, not a medical emergency. It is the result of deliberate muscle training and tissue adaptation, not of injury. 🍑
How it works: The tissue protrudes outward when the muscles push while relaxed and stretched. With training, the degree of protrusion and the ability to control it increases. The sensation is intensely pleasurable for many experienced users.
How to train for it: The foundation is the active push-out technique described above – regularly pushing out toys of progressively larger diameters. This directly trains the muscles' ability to work with the tissue. Passive stretching with T-Plugs and Plugs builds the underlying diameter capacity. Tunnel plugs, once you can comfortably wear them, allow the tissue to protrude through the opening naturally during use.
Important: What we describe here is recreational, consensual and temporary. If you experience unintended prolapse outside of sessions, pain, or any symptoms you didn't expect, consult a doctor. Always train gradually and never force anything.
Frequently Asked Questions ❓
How do I know if I'm ready for fisting? A general guideline: when you can comfortably take a toy of 10–12 cm diameter using cones or bulge toys without significant effort, you're in the right range to begin fisting preparation. The shape of the hand – particularly the knuckles – is the key challenge, not just the diameter. Always use toys to prepare, not fingers alone.
Is DP safe? Yes, when prepared for properly. The key is building up to the combined diameter gradually using training toys rather than attempting it unprepared. DoubleJoy is specifically designed to make DP with a partner accessible and comfortable.
What is the difference between DP and DVP (double vaginal penetration)? DP typically refers to simultaneous vaginal and anal penetration. DVP (double vaginal) refers to two objects in the vagina at the same time. DoubleJoy is designed specifically for DVP – holding the vagina open while a penis enters alongside it. Both require diameter preparation; DVP also requires significant vaginal capacity.
Is prolapse dangerous? Recreational prolapse achieved gradually through training is different from involuntary medical prolapse. What we describe here – temporary, controlled protrusion during deliberate training sessions – is generally considered safe when approached gradually. If you experience unintended prolapse, pain, or unexpected symptoms, stop and consult a doctor.
Which toys are most useful for advanced training? For fisting preparation: Cone Plug Medium and 4-Bulge Stepper Gentle for large diameter work. For DP: DoubleJoy and Tunnel Plugs. For prolapse training: T-Plug 3 and Plug 1 for active push-out work.
