EpiKnot takes inspiration from two different animals and puts them together in a way that simply hasn't been done before. The top half is an equine-inspired wide head – broad, smooth and deeply filling on insertion. The bottom half ends in a double dog knot: two distinct bulges, one larger and one smaller, separated by a narrower section that makes each feel even more pronounced.
Between the wide head and the knots, the shaft narrows significantly. That contrast is what makes EpiKnot so distinctive – every part of the toy feels different, and moving between them during play creates sensations that a single-shape toy simply can't deliver.

Active play: The classic way. Insert the head, feel the fullness, then work down toward the knots. The narrowing shaft gives a moment of relief before the first knot, then the second. Each one requires a bit more – and rewards accordingly.

The two key measurements are the tip diameter (the widest point of the equine head) and the knot diameter (the widest point of the larger dog knot). The knot is always larger than the tip – so if you can comfortably take the head, the knot will be the real challenge.
Most users start between size S (knot 5.5 cm / 2.17") and XXL (knot 9.5 cm / 3.74"). XS is a good entry point if you're new to this type of shape. Sizes 3XL and above are for experienced users with specific goals.
